Experience Requirements – 3+ years (manufacturing experience preferred)
Education Requirements – Bachelor’s Degree or Technologist Diploma in Metallurgy, Materials, Industrial or Technical Engineering (OR related technical knowledge, combined with hands-on industry experience)

Responsibilities
- You will build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
- You can identify opportunities and potential industries for growth
- You know how to evaluate incoming requests for quotes
- You will provide cost estimates for casting production
- You will simultaneously manage projects in a fast-paced environment from inquiry through to delivery to ensure the reliability of product and service
- You will provide technical expertise and commercial information to customers
- You will collaborate with other sales team members
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or Technologist Diploma in Metallurgy, Materials, Industrial or Technical Engineering (OR related technical knowledge, combined with hands-on industry experience)
- You have a basic knowledge of metal casting principles, foundry practices, solidification characteristics and heat treat methodology (asset, not a must have)
- An additional asset is your metallurgical knowledge of steel and iron
- You’re able to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- You’re collaborative, service focused and tenacious
- You have top-notch relationship building skills, and a problem-solving mindset
